What you will do

• Translate clinical protocols into scalable operational workflows for care delivery.
• Design care programs from the ground up, including population risk stratification, outreach sequencing, and escalation pathways.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate AI tools and automation into care delivery workflows.
• Develop and maintain the operational infrastructure, including SOPs, playbooks, and training materials.
• Own staff onboarding and training for the Care Delivery team to ensure consistency and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional program launches across Clinical, Product, and Care Delivery teams.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in healthcare operations, program design, or process improvement.
• Must be based in the Eastern or Central time zone.
• Proven experience building operational systems and producing actionable SOPs and playbooks.
• Experience embedding AI tools or automation into care delivery workflows.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across clinical, product, and operational teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on using data to make decisions and measure impact.
