What you will do

• Orchestrate the end-to-end motion of projects across all departments from initiation to delivery.
• Translate client requests into detailed deliverables, assumptions, estimates, and timelines.
• Manage simultaneous programs within budgetary and schedule constraints while monitoring risk.
• Serve as the primary client-facing partner to ensure alignment on program goals and delivery.
• Lead quality assurance processes and facilitate project close-out retrospectives.
• Optimize agency workflows and champion high-quality execution standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience in an advertising or media agency.
• Proven track record of managing integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and direct mail.
• Expertise in program management tools such as Jira, WorkFront, or similar.
• Experience managing and mentoring other Program Managers.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Must be based in New York for hybrid work (up to 2 days remote).
