What you will do

• Manage the lifecycle of corporate devices (PCs, Macs, mobile) using Intune, SCCM/MECM, Jamf Pro, and Tanium.
• Provide Tier 3 advanced technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity escalations.
• Implement operating system deployments and manage application packaging and delivery.
• Automate routine tasks and improve process efficiency using PowerShell, Python, and vb script.
• Enforce security measures, patching, updates, and compliance standards across endpoints.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Ops teams to support M365, AD, Azure AD, and VDI.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of Endpoint Configuration Management experience with large-scale global implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems and enterprise management tools.
• Experience with Jamf (Jamf 300 certification or 5+ years experience).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or 10+ years of relevant experience).
• ITIL Foundation and relevant Microsoft certifications (Md 102).
• Ability to work from a global office or remotely (Global-Virtual).
