What you will do

• Install, configure, and manage Linux-based application servers and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to maintain high operational availability.
• Implement security measures, access controls, and backup strategies.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and new version deployments.
• Develop technical documentation for procedures and environment standards.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to long-term technology strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Unix/Linux administration and application server management.
• Proven expertise in JBoss EAP, Kafka, Camunda, and Elastic on RHEL and K8s platforms.
• Fluency in Czech language required.
• English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and communication.
• Experience with mass operation of Linux servers.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Ansible, RH Satellite, Git, Argo CD, and VMware vSphere.
• Strong understanding of automation and scripting methodologies.
