What you will do

• Perform proactive monitoring and documented checkouts to prevent service outages and isolate faults.
• Manage escalation processes to L2 teams, ensuring on-call engineers respond and resolve issues.
• Coordinate Issue Bridges by setting up calls and providing status updates to senior executives.
• Review runbooks and pre-deployment activities to ensure production readiness and recovery procedures.
• Support implementation of scheduled CAB-approved changes and proactive maintenance activities.
• Utilize AI-assisted operational tools to support incident triage and runbook comprehension.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field with 2-4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Linux, HP UX, and Big IP Load Balancers.
• Working knowledge of web-based services including Apache, Jboss, Tomcat, and IIS.
• Strong understanding of ITIL incident and problem management processes.
• Excellent English written and verbal skills.
• Availability to work weekend and off-hours shifts.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as A+, CCNA, MCP, or Linux.
• Experience with system monitoring and automation.
