What you will do

• Monitor platform systems and live games using observability tools to detect anomalies in performance, gameplay, and payouts.
• Identify, classify, and escalate incidents, supporting coordination, investigation, and resolution.
• Follow procedures and runbooks to perform configuration validation and operational checks for releases.
• Proactively identify risks and support root cause analysis and post-incident reviews to resolve systemic issues.
• Monitor operator onboarding processes and validate readiness for go-live checkpoints.
• Improve operational standards, monitoring automation, and response playbooks.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, NOC, live operations, or production support.
• Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition.
• Familiarity with monitoring and incident management tools.
• Ability to work in real-time, high-pressure environments.
• Strong communication and structured thinking.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming or gaming environments.
• Familiarity with Datadog, Grafana, Kibana, or similar observability tools.
• Understanding of incident management frameworks.
• Exposure to onboarding or release processes.
