What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on company laptops and mobile phones.
• Maintain and enforce security policies for devices via MDM solutions.
• Execute endpoint hardening policies, including encryption and patching.
• Manage Level 1 access provisioning and support user onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Handle service requests in Atlassian Cloud products (Jira, Confluence) and Slack.
• Maintain technical documentation and instructions in the internal Knowledge Base.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience supporting macOS systems in a corporate environment.
• Solid working knowledge of both macOS and Windows OS.
• Hands-on experience with centralized antivirus/EDR systems.
• Familiarity with MDM/EMM solutions such as Jamf, Intune, or Kandji.
• Experience working with Atlassian Cloud Products and Slack.
• Must be based in Georgia, Poland, or Serbia.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of VPN solutions (WireGuard, OpenVPN, Palo Alto).
• Experience using Okta or other identity management platforms.
