What you will do

• Design, upgrade, and troubleshoot complex Active Directory environments.
• Lead the migration of legacy Citrix systems to modern cloud or hybrid platforms.
• Resolve critical infrastructure issues related to authentication, GPOs, DNS, and replication.
• Develop and execute disaster recovery plans for AD-dependent services.
• Mentor junior engineers and L2 analysts in AD best practices and technical troubleshooting.
• Manage Citrix Cloud environments, including VDA lifecycle and policy administration.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory design, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of AD core services including authentication, Group Policy, DNS, and replication.
• Experience working within complex enterprise and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Citrix environments.
• Ability to perform performance tuning and structured decommissioning of legacy systems.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management and technical documentation.
