What you will do

• Support health plan partnerships and overarching payer strategy.
• Promote external relations with payers through relationship building, presentations, and conference participation.
• Analyze how mental health clinicians use digital tools to ensure high-quality, compliant care.
• Collaborate with product, design, growth, marketing, and operations teams to integrate clinical strategy.
• Travel as required to maintain partnerships and represent the company.

Requirements

• Psychiatrist (MD/DO) or Clinical Psychologist (PhD) with 5+ years of clinical experience in high-growth business environments.
• 2+ years of experience in payer or partnership roles, preferably within technology environments.
• Proven thought leadership with peer-reviewed publications or expert content and a history of speaking at industry conferences.
• Ability to translate complex clinical processes for non-clinical staff to drive product implementation.
• Strong analytical skills for synthesizing research insights to inform strategy and demonstrate value.
• Must be based on or near the East Coast and willing to travel.
