What you will do

• Support Professional Practice Evaluation programs to improve clinical outcomes for a network of NPs and MDs/DOs.
• Conduct routine chart reviews and monitoring, providing feedback and remediation plans to clinicians.
• Collaborate with Operations to develop automated quality monitoring systems.
• Supervise clinical teams and peer reviewers to scale clinical oversight capabilities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to optimize workflows and feedback systems.

Requirements

• Licensed psychiatrist (MD/DO) or Psychiatric Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• 2+ years of post-graduate experience in both clinical practice and fast-paced business environments.
• Extensive experience completing quality chart reviews and audits for healthcare organizations.
• Proven track record of training others on clinical documentation standards.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
