What you will do

• Lead clinical quality strategy, developing protocols and processes for safety, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Build and scale Professional Practice Evaluation programs to improve outcomes for NPs and MDs/DOs.
• Conduct chart reviews, provide clinician feedback, and create remediation plans.
• Collaborate with Operations on automated quality monitoring systems.
• Lead responses to acute patient safety issues.
• Supervise clinical teams and peer reviewers, scaling oversight capabilities.
• Partner cross-functionally to optimize workflows and provider feedback systems.

Requirements

• Licensed psychiatrist (MD/DO) with 3+ years post-graduate experience in clinical practice and business environments
• Extensive experience in quality chart reviews, audits, and training on documentation standards
• Experience supervising clinicians or large provider teams with strong performance management
• Thought leadership in behavioral health quality across healthcare organizations or startups
• Strategic thinking to decompose complex problems into actionable plans
• Collaborative skills bridging clinical strategy with product, operations, and business teams
