What you will do

• Hunt for new customers to drive sustainable growth for the sales team.
• Analyze customer designs to provide ideal motion solutions using pressure, level, flow, and angle sensors.
• Leverage and scale successful applications across a broader customer base.
• Act as a primary coordinator and translator between Japanese customers, the Home OpCo, and global teams.
• Manage independent sales activities and demonstrate consistent progress toward long-term targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial sales.
• Must be based in or able to work from Suita, Osaka, Japan.
• Excellent communication skills for both internal global collaboration and external Japanese client relations.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and aggressive approach to gaining market share.
• Ability to work independently with strong self-control and management skills.
