Business Support (Inside Sales)

What you will do

• Maintain and update customer and sales information in Salesforce, including account records and data entry.
• Support sales administration through reporting, invoicing, translation, order processing, and office management tasks.
• Serve current merchants through inbound and outbound calls, answer questions, and route inquiries appropriately.
• Build relationships with the existing customer base and identify opportunities to support merchant needs.
• Resolve issues related to Global Blue services, regulations, technology, and other customer-facing matters.
• Train merchant staff and maintain professional customer service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in telesales, account management, or customer service.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and issue-resolution skills.
• Comfort working with data and performing simple analysis.
• Experience working toward targets and deadlines in a competitive environment.
• Motivated, self-driven, tenacious, and willing to learn new working practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Tokyo, Japan.
