What you will do

• Perform a variety of diagnostic services including phlebotomy, ECGs, and diabetic retina imaging.
• Travel to patients' homes using company technology to manage schedules and navigation.
• Build warm and professional connections with a diverse range of patients during home visits.
• Manage specimen collection, ensure proper labeling, and coordinate delivery to laboratories.
• Use mobile devices and HIPAA-secure apps for charting and care coordination.

Requirements

• State required clinical licensure or national certification and proof of training.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance for travel to patient homes.
• Ability to pass national background and DMV checks.
• Proof of vaccination or immunity (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Influenza, TDaP) and a recent TB test.
• Ability to physically navigate homes and carry up to 20 pounds.
