What you will do

  • Build and execute territory strategies to create net-new pipeline via outbound prospecting, partner motions, and referrals.
  • Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles with CFO, CIO, and Procurement leadership using insight-led selling.
  • Own the full commercial process including business case development, pricing, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to ensure technical de-risking and smooth implementation handoffs.
  • Position the product against RPA, OCR, and process mining tools with an end-to-end automation narrative.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS selling with a proven track record of hitting targets.
  • Ability to run complex, multi-threaded deals using MEDDICC-style qualification and forecasting discipline.
  • Strong executive presence and experience navigating enterprise procurement processes.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Zurich.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ERP/SAP (S/4, ECC) or finance/procurement transformations.
  • Background selling automation platforms like RPA, IDP, or process mining.
  • Experience managing global enterprise rollouts across multiple countries.
