TL;DR

VP, Global Accounts (SaaS): Leading the strategic sales team for EMEA to ensure revenue retention and the cultivation of long-term partnerships. Focus on driving CxO-level relationships, implementing strategic sales processes, and managing complex sales cycles for high-value accounts.

Location: Remote in Ireland and United Kingdom. Candidates located within 50 km of the Dublin office must work onsite Wednesday and Thursday.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and manage Strategic Global Account Managers and Regional Directors to exceed revenue and retention goals.
  • Drive and develop executive relationships at the CxO level to grow strategic partnerships.
  • Deliver regular and accurate revenue forecasts for monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Formulate and implement strategic sales processes and reporting analytics to improve account protection and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Strategy, Marketing, Product, and Content to create growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales within a SaaS organization.
  • Proven track record of leading best-in-class sales teams and meeting quotas for large strategic accounts.
  • Fluency in MEDDPICC and expertise in Value Selling.
  • Experience managing complex pipelines and closing large-scale contracts.
  • Ability to travel (up to 40% depending on business needs).
