What you will do

• Understand retail industry and articulate value of NCR Retail solutions to customers.
• Capture, update, and manage sales opportunities from pipeline to closure.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and profitability.
• Match customer objectives with NCR solutions, build business cases, and develop strategic account plans.
• Act as key liaison between customers, sales support, product management, and internal teams.
• Schedule regular customer meetings, position new solutions, respond to competitive threats, and uncover new opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Commerce (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of proven sales experience
• Experience in the Retail industry
• Experience selling solutions like infrastructure and software applications.
• Proven success attaining sales quotas and managing account relationships.
• Ability to develop senior-level business relationships via consultative selling.
