What you will do
- Build and execute territory plans to create net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner motions.
- Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles using insight-led selling to challenge customer framing and uncover operational bottlenecks.
- Own the entire commercial process, including business case development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to ensure technical de-risking and seamless implementation.
- Position the product against fragmented RPA/OCR stacks using an "end-to-end + exceptions-first" narrative.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS selling experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience managing complex, multi-threaded deals using MEDDICC-style qualification.
- Strong executive presence with CFOs, CIOs, and procurement leadership.
- Fluent in English and German (or another major European language).
- Must be based in Spain.
Nice to have
- Exposure to ERP/SAP (S/4, ECC) or finance/procurement transformations.
- Experience selling automation platforms (RPA, process mining, IDP).
- Experience with global enterprise rollouts and multi-country stakeholders.
