What you will do
- Execute territory strategies and build net-new pipeline via outbound prospecting, partners, and referrals.
- Apply insight-led selling to reframe customer problems and mobilize buying committees around a compelling value proposition.
- Lead complex commercial cycles, including business case development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to ensure technical alignment and smooth handoffs.
- Position the product against RPA and process mining competitors using an "exceptions-first" narrative.
Requirements
- 5β10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-threaded deals using methodologies like MEDDICC.
- Strong executive presence when engaging with CFOs, CIOs, and procurement leadership.
- Location: Must be based in Sweden, Denmark, or Norway.
- Language: Fluent English and German (or another major European language).
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP/SAP ecosystems (S/4, ECC, Public/Private Cloud).
- Background selling automation platforms such as workflow, RPA, or IDP.
- Experience managing global enterprise rollouts with multi-country stakeholders.
