Location: Must be based in the United States (Pacific Northwest territory); Remote eligible.

Salary: $125,000 - $170,000 USD (Base Salary Range)

What you will do

  • Identify and engage state, local, and higher education enterprise prospects to solve broken business processes.
  • Conduct consultative presentations to C-suite decision-makers, including CFOs and CROs.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity management to closing across multiple functions.
  • Apply value-based selling methodologies to manage the sales process and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Identify expansion opportunities via cross-selling and up-selling within current accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Reps, Marketing, and Solution Consultants to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States with experience in the Pacific Northwest region.
  • 10-15 years of direct consultative sales experience with a consistent track record of overachieving quotas.
  • Proven experience selling into state, local, and education accounts.
  • Extensive experience selling complex SaaS solutions (ERP, SCM, or HCM) into Fortune 2000 companies.
  • Mastery of outcome-based sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, TAS, or Miller Heiman.
  • Strong business acumen and a hunter mindset.
