Salary: $125,000 - $170,000 USD (Base Salary Range)

What you will do
- Identify and engage state, local, and higher education enterprise prospects to solve broken business processes.
- Conduct consultative presentations to C-suite decision-makers, including CFOs and CROs.
- Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity management to closing across multiple functions.
- Apply value-based selling methodologies to manage the sales process and provide accurate forecasts.
- Identify expansion opportunities via cross-selling and up-selling within current accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Reps, Marketing, and Solution Consultants to ensure customer success.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States with experience in the Pacific Northwest region.
- 10-15 years of direct consultative sales experience with a consistent track record of overachieving quotas.
- Proven experience selling into state, local, and education accounts.
- Extensive experience selling complex SaaS solutions (ERP, SCM, or HCM) into Fortune 2000 companies.
- Mastery of outcome-based sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, TAS, or Miller Heiman.
- Strong business acumen and a hunter mindset.
