Senior Enterprise Account Executive (Germany): Win and grow strategic enterprise accounts through insight-led selling, owning the full commercial cycle from pipeline creation to close with an accent on reframing customer problems, quantifying inaction costs, and mobilizing buying committees. Focus on leading multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with CFO/CIO leadership, building value-based business cases, and driving negotiations in ERP automation.

Hybrid: Remote in Germany; Onsite in Cologne or Munich

What you will do

  • Build and execute territory plans, create net-new pipeline via outbound prospecting, partners, events, and referrals.
  • Practice insight-led selling: challenge customer framing, uncover bottlenecks, and develop urgency with mutual action plans.
  • Lead multi-threaded deals across CFO/CIO buying committees, own business cases, pricing, proposals, negotiations, and closes.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers for workshops/demos, align with Customer Success for handoffs and expansions.
  • Position against competitors with end-to-end ERP automation narrative and neutralize threats.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years enterprise B2B SaaS selling with track record of hitting/exceeding targets
  • Proven insight-led sales: push back respectfully, quantify impact, mobilize committees
  • Strong executive presence for CFO/CIO/Procurement, manage complex multi-threaded deals (MEDDICC, forecasting)
  • Collaboration with presales and post-sales teams
  • Fluent in English and German (or another major European language depending on territory)

Nice to have

  • ERP/SAP exposure (S/4, ECC, Cloud) or selling into finance/procurement transformations
  • Experience with automation platforms (RPA, process mining, IDP)
  • Global enterprise rollouts and multi-country stakeholders
