What you will do
- Own full sales cycle for enterprise accounts in Europe, focusing two-thirds on DACH region
- Drive new business and develop account strategies in complex organizations (IT, Security, Procurement, Business)
- Build and manage pipeline through outbound and strategic account development
- Navigate long buying processes (6–24 months) and lead deal execution to close high-value contracts
- Collaborate with PreSales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Achieve target of ~800k–1M € ARR in year 1
Requirements
- 3–5+ years as Account Executive in B2B SaaS Enterprise Sales
- Proven track record closing complex deals in multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience managing long sales cycles (6+ months)
- Strong ownership of pipeline generation (outbound focus)
- Fluent in German and English
Nice to have
- Experience in Public Sector or regulated industries
- Experience with security, compliance, or on-premise solutions
- Experience selling into 500+ employee organizations
