What you will do
- Build and execute territory strategies and create net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner motions.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles using insight-led selling to uncover operational bottlenecks and decision friction.
- Own the full commercial process, including business case development, pricing, negotiation, and contracting.
- Coordinate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to ensure technical de-risking and smooth handoffs.
- Position the product against competitors like RPA, IDP, and process mining tools using an end-to-end narrative.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS selling experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to manage multi-threaded deals using MEDDICC-style qualification and forecasting discipline.
- Strong executive presence with CFOs, CIOs, and Head of Shared Services.
- Fluent in English and German (or another major European language).
- Must be based in Belgium, Luxembourg, or the Netherlands.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP/SAP (S/4, ECC) or finance/procurement transformations.
- Background in selling automation platforms such as workflow, RPA, or process mining.
- Experience with global enterprise rollouts and multi-country stakeholders.
