What you will do

• Coordinate Digital Commerce projects to ensure alignment with scope and budget goals.
• Serve as a Product Owner within Scrum or Kanban frameworks, maintaining a clear Product Backlog.
• Design project roadmaps in partnership with clients and development teams.
• Act as a People Lead for development teams to support workflow and high-quality performance.
• Manage risks proactively and contribute to UX/Design workshops with internal teams and customers.
• Align stakeholder expectations with project milestones to ensure delivery satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience (ideally 7+ years) managing Web or Software development projects, specifically in eCommerce.
• Proficiency in both English and Dutch (verbal and written).
• Practical knowledge of software development processes or quality assurance.
• Adaptability in agile methods, such as Scrum, Kanban, and User stories, with strong JIRA skills.
• Empathetic communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and executives.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Amsterdam.

Nice to have

• Experience serving as a Product Owner in a Scrum process.
• Familiarity with Adobe/Magento projects.
• Educational background in Information Technology, Informatics, or Business.
