What you will do

• Own the scoping of CG work based on client briefs and maintain schedules for multiple parallel projects.
• Lead day-to-day coordination with CG artists, compositors, and pipeline teams to ensure smooth asset flow.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key automotive and powersports clients, translating needs into clear roadmaps.
• Track project hours and costs against estimates and support producers in building scopes of work.
• Coach and support junior project managers to improve planning, communication, and risk management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management or production within CG, VFX, animation, or post-production environments.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Strong affinity for the automotive and/or powersports industry.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience working with international or distributed teams.
