Remote in Europe — unlimited remote within home country (EMEA), up to 90 days internationally per year.

What you will do

  • Lead your pod's strategy: make decisions, set direction, and create conditions for team success.
  • Drive client success: develop and execute integrated strategies across ASO, Performance Marketing, and Retention; own KPIs and deliverables.
  • Handle challenges: manage difficult conversations, crises, and pushback while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Mentor seniors: delegate, coach Senior Consultants, and foster accountability.
  • Solve problems: turn messy inputs into actionable plans with structured thinking.
  • Monitor performance: set and track KPIs, course-correct issues, with commercial awareness.
  • Innovate with AI: leverage generative AI for team efficiencies and processes.
  • Support business growth: contribute to pitches and scoping new work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in mobile growth marketing with strategic leadership track record.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in at least one of ASO, Paid UA, or CRM/Retention.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor senior-level team members.
  • Strong client management experience across multiple markets.
  • Structured problem-solving skills for ambiguous situations.
  • Commercial awareness to protect revenue and margins.
  • Experience with generative AI tools and hands-on mindset.
