What you will do

• Draft customer agreements and manage the end-to-end approval, documentation, and archiving process.
• Collaborate with Finance to validate monthly closed sales for reporting and accounting accuracy.
• Manage billing-related Jira tickets, including price increases, renewals, and terminations.
• Optimize and develop sales processes within Salesforce CRM.
• Provide training and support to Sales Representatives on CRM tool effectiveness.
• Administer commission support to ensure alignment with sales goals.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Supply Chain, or financial domains.
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
