What you will do

• Drive sales and promotion of crop protection products and technologies within the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support short- and long-term sales growth objectives.
• Organize and manage demo plots, farm trials, and field events to showcase product performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and key customers.
• Provide technical advice and product support to farmers and distributor representatives as a trusted advisor.
• Implement territory sales plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve profitable growth.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in the crop protection market or agricultural input industry.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian agriculture, farming practices, and the local market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
