What you will do
- Overachieve quotas for territory renewal and expansion goals.
- Manage renewal funnels and execute timely actions to ensure contract continuation.
- Provide proposals and quotes to customers and channel partners.
- Cold call customers with lapsed support to reactivate maintenance agreements.
- Identify upselling opportunities for premium services and add-on products.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com and meet daily/weekly SLAs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and experience.
- Advanced proficiency in English and German.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume email and outbound phone calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in data querying, analyzing, and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of the virtualization industry.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
