Location: Hybrid in Bucharest, Romania

What you will do

  • Overachieve quotas for territory renewal and expansion goals.
  • Manage renewal funnels and execute timely actions to ensure contract continuation.
  • Provide proposals and quotes to customers and channel partners.
  • Cold call customers with lapsed support to reactivate maintenance agreements.
  • Identify upselling opportunities for premium services and add-on products.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com and meet daily/weekly SLAs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and German.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume email and outbound phone calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in data querying, analyzing, and reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of the virtualization industry.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
