TL;DR
Customer Success Renewals Representative, Inside Commercial (UK&I): Renewing customer maintenance contracts and driving retention/expansion in assigned territory with an accent on customer experience assessments and revenue maximization. Focus on managing renewal pipelines, performing environment health checks, cold calling lapsed accounts, and collaborating cross-functionally to overachieve quotas.
Location: Remote from Bucharest, Romania; must be permanently located in Romania

What you will do
- Overachieve quota through territory renewals and expansions, managing annual pipeline starting 4+ months before expiration.
- Perform customer experience assessments, environment health checks, and cold call lapsed support accounts for reactivation.
- Collaborate with Deal Desk, Legal, and Sales to prepare quotes, special terms, and handle licensing/support escalations.
- Provide support to channel partners for closing renewals and additional licenses.
- Maintain impeccable Salesforce hygiene, accurate forecasting, and manage inbound renewal inquiries.
- Prioritize workload to meet SLAs, KPIs, and high customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required (or equivalent education/experience)
- English Advanced (C1)
- Proven track record overachieving sales quotas and KPIs
- Experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewals
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and data analysis/reporting
- Strong communication skills for influencing stakeholders and handling complex requests
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, semi-autonomous environment with high-volume outbound calls/emails
