Salary: 11 150–13 938 PLN gross per month (OTE, 80/20 base/variable)

What you will do

• Develop and execute account growth strategies via category management, assortments, and store expansions.
• Pitch and run campaigns, sell hirify.global Ads, hirify.global+ services, and drive business development.
• Optimize in-store processes, collaborate on growth initiatives, and ensure operational excellence.
• Analyze market data and performance, conduct quarterly business reviews with partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication and service.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Account Management/Business Development with commercial growth focus
• Strategic thinker building data-driven business cases
• Understanding of Poland retail landscape, e-commerce/FMCG experience
• Advanced analytics (Looker/Power BI), spreadsheet skills
• English & Polish fluency
• Strong communicator, negotiator, relationship builder
