What you will do

• Act as point of contact for a portfolio of Brand Partners, managing regular communications.
• Maintain client relationships through reporting and a client-focused mindset.
• Monitor Brand performance across operational and commercial KPIs, addressing deviations.
• Identify and resolve partner challenges by collaborating with support, product, tech, finance, and commercial teams.
• Provide hypercare support via training and dedicated calls.
• Support continuous improvements in Digital Brand management for efficiency at scale.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in buying, merchandising, digital trading, or operations in luxury fashion or e-commerce.
• Strong planning and analytical skills, proficient in Excel, able to derive insights and drive decisions with data.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to build relationships, manage multiple challenges, and take ownership.
• Capacity to improve support processes for efficiency.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
