What you will do

• Act as the primary interface for the Poland iLottery customer to manage goals and optimize operating income.
• Develop yearly business plans and go-to-market strategies to expand customer relationships and uncover new platform features.
• Negotiate sophisticated partner agreements requiring technical, architectural, and business model alignment.
• Lead cross-disciplinary virtual teams to drive business development initiatives from creation to implementation.
• Coordinate with marketing and other functional teams to align on execution plans and customer needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, consulting, sales, or partner management.
• Expertise in business strategy, market development, and analytical business modeling.
• Experience structuring, influencing, and negotiating complex commercial deals.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and influence senior executives across multiple departments.
• Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland
