What you will do

• Identify potential leads for EV charging infrastructure through research, industry events, and scouting.
• Initiate contact with decision-makers to introduce offerings and build strong business relationships.
• Conduct research and internal analysis to qualify leads based on customer needs and location criteria.
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations that communicate the company's value proposition.
• Negotiate contract terms and prepare necessary documentation in coordination with the legal team.
• Contribute to the implementation of business development strategies and collaborate with the BD team to meet objectives.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales, ideally in mobility, logistics, or energy.
• Deep understanding of the fleet ecosystem and electric mobility landscape.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.
• Availability to work in a hybrid system in Lisbon.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
