What you will do
- Drive revenue growth and business development across the LATAM region.
- Manage and grow key accounts and strategic partnerships, including MNOs and enterprises.
- Lead and coordinate a regional team of two direct reports to ensure performance.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and participate in commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in telecom, messaging, or related industries focused on sales.
- Proven experience working across LATAM markets.
- Deep understanding of the A2P/P2P/P2A messaging ecosystem and telecom landscape.
- Advanced English; Spanish and Portuguese are required.
- Experience managing or mentoring small teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
