What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a small team of Sales Engineers, providing career development and performance feedback.
  • Deliver pre-sales solution consulting, technical presentations, product demos, and POCs for complex, high-value deals.
  • Manage technical engagements with customers and partners, acting as a technical escalation point.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training for new Sales Engineering team members.
  • Track and report on SE metrics and KPIs, such as win rates and POC success.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London (Hybrid).
  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or solution engineering, preferably in DevOps or infrastructure software.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a team lead or management capacity.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Fluency in French is preferred.
