• Establish and grow the AI Community within Mortgages to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Create clear and engaging communication flows to keep employees informed and involved.
• Link AI strategy to daily practice through a strong relationship with the AI Core Team.
• Help establish a solid structure and governance for responsible AI development.
• Act as a catalyst for change, transforming ideas into actionable initiatives across teams.

Requirements

• Current student at a university or university of applied sciences (HBO) in Business, Technology, Data, or Innovation.
• Proactive and motivated to work at the intersection of business and AI.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to connect diverse stakeholders.
• Structured and goal-oriented working style to create measurable impact.
