Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (onsite every day, 9 am - 5 pm)

is a team of industry veterans developing a brand new story-driven AAA dark fantasy RPG Saga for PCs and consoles using Unreal Engine 5.
What you will do
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for both on-site and remote team members.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and conference room hardware.
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and physical repairs or upgrades of hardware.
- Manage the full lifecycle of incidents reported by the team via Jira.
- Administrate access to internal and external services, including Google Workspace, Office 365, and VPNs.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
- Proficiency with Windows 11 and Windows Domain administration.
- Knowledge of modern PC architecture and basic networking (DHCP, DNS, VPN).
- Native or proficient Polish language skills.
- English proficiency at least at B2 level.
- Ability to work from the office in Warsaw every day (9 am - 5 pm).
Nice to have
- Previous experience working within the gamedev industry.
- Familiarity with macOS.
- Experience with Slack, Parsec, or Perforce Helix Software.
- A genuine passion for video games.
