Junior Operations Engineer (Linux/Windows) f/m

What you will do

• Install, configure, maintain, and support critical on-premises Linux or Windows server environments.
• Use Bash or PowerShell scripting and automation tools such as Ansible to manage configurations and improve deployments.
• Support applications, web servers, and databases, including NGINX, PostgreSQL, IIS, and MS SQL.
• Monitor system performance, resolve incidents and service requests according to ITIL practices, and manage changes through Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with project teams, developers, and international colleagues on daily operations, system migrations, and solution design.

Requirements

• Knowledge of either Windows Server or Linux Server.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in IT infrastructure and operations.
• Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
• Good written and spoken English at B2 level or higher.
• An IT-related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Nice to have

• Basic experience with Bash or PowerShell scripting.
• Basic server-administration knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
• Familiarity with Docker, Ansible, or cloud and DevOps environments.
