What you will do

• Manage tier 1 and 2 technical support for users across EMEA offices.
• Perform server and workstation hardware/software installations and troubleshooting for PC and Mac.
• Administer accounts via Active Directory, Gmail, and Okta.
• Oversee equipment purchasing, asset management, and forecasting for new hires and replacements.
• Coordinate with external service providers and manage the IT support budget.
• Recruit, coach, and train the IT support team while serving as the primary office facility contact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Linux, and MDM tools like JamF.
• Experience leading and motivating an IT support team.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Cisco Meraki.
• Ability to manage external suppliers and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Full-time presence in the Warsaw office is required.
