Customer Service Representative

What you will do

• Assist customers by phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Answer questions, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products, services, orders, payments, and company policies.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, payments, and account updates.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Follow up with customers and collaborate with other departments to resolve outstanding needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States for this remote role.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Computer, email, and standard office software proficiency.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, reliability, and ability to work independently in a remote team.
• Dedicated home office with reliable high-speed internet; high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Previous customer service experience.
• Some college coursework or a degree.
