What you will do
- Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring a superior offboarding experience.
- Provide guidance on terminations, resignations, and redundancy processes in accordance with legal compliance.
- Lead consultation meetings, administrative hearings, and separation negotiations with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties, including payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies.
- Draft and administer termination documents and maintain accurate records in the internal HRIS.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and monitor employee relations cases.
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
- Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary terminations across various jurisdictions.
- Ability to interpret industrial instruments and employment laws in ambiguous environments.
- Business-level (advanced) English proficiency.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, asynchronous, environment.
