HR Specialist

Location: Krakow, Poland; primarily office-based with occasional remote work

What you will do

• Manage employee communication and feedback through meetings, surveys, newsletters, focus groups, suggestion programs, and one-on-one meetings.
• Monitor and develop organizational culture in support of company goals and employee satisfaction.
• Handle administrative duties related to HR processes and maintain historical HR records.
• Implement onboarding and offboarding processes and conduct exit interviews.
• Analyze employee feedback and exit interview findings.
• Collaborate with the PR team on activities that build and maintain brand awareness.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in HR.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
