What you will do
- Lead and scale regional Sales Engineering teams, setting direction, priorities, and performance expectations.
- Translate corporate strategy into actionable regional technical sales plans, including coverage models and execution standards.
- Direct the regional solution architecture approach to ensure scalable, secure, and differentiated customer solutions.
- Define and enforce discovery methodologies to uncover business outcomes and technical constraints.
- Own the demonstration and proof-of-concept (POC) strategy to maximize deal impact and technical validation.
- Drive collaboration with Sales, Channel, and Operations to remove friction and accelerate deal progression.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Sales Engineering, Presales, or Solutions Architecture within enterprise software, cloud, or cybersecurity.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers or multiple regional teams.
- Proven track record of improving technical win rates and scaling presales motions.
- Strong solution architecture capability across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Must be permanently located in the United Kingdom.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
