What you will do

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with KPMG to drive joint sales opportunities and solution adoption.
  • Develop and execute global GTM plans, including executive relationship mapping and value proposition development.
  • Collaborate with global field sales teams to support opportunity reviews, pipeline creation, and deal execution.
  • Manage executive procurement and GTM relationships across international teams to ensure clean booking of orders.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly targets for partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Lead joint co-selling campaigns and represent hirify.global in executive-level discussions with KPMG leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or channel leadership within the enterprise software industry.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Deep direct experience working with KPMG and/or other global GSIs such as IBM, Deloitte, Accenture, EY, or PwC.
  • Proven track record of developing partner ecosystems and delivering significant revenue growth.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders across partner organizations.
  • Cybersecurity and identity management experience is strongly preferred.
