What you will do

• Lead, inspire, and empower engineers to self-organize and own end-to-end complex software solutions.
• Drive business outcomes by collaborating with product, design, and data teams to create effective strategies.
• Mentor and grow engineering talent through coaching and retention strategies in a high-growth environment.
• Guide the team in implementing scalable, available, and efficient services aligned with internal standards.
• Manage discovery, planning, and execution to deliver customer value in small batches.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in an XP environment (TDD, Pair Programming).
• 2+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience.
• Expertise in Distributed Systems Architecture (Microservices, Event-Driven, REST).
• Experience with Trunk Based Development, Continuous Delivery, and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle and general mobile landscape.
• Proficiency in automated end-to-end testing and security standards.
