What you will do

• Lead, inspire, and empower a talented group of engineers to self-organize and innovate.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to drive business outcomes and strategy.
• Develop and grow engineering talent through effective mentoring, coaching, and retention strategies.
• Guide the team in creating end-to-end software solutions while maintaining high standards for availability, scalability, and latency.
• Oversee discovery, planning, and execution to deliver value in small batches.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably within an Extreme Programming environment.
• 2+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience.
• Strong understanding of lean/agile values and practices.
• Experience with Distributed Systems Architecture, including microservices and event-driven systems.
• Solid experience in designing, implementing, and scaling web apps and APIs.
• Strong familiarity with mobile development life cycles and architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
