TL;DR
Engineering Manager (Mobile) (iOS/Android): Building and delivering high-quality mobile sports betting and gaming apps with an accent on engineering team leadership, application performance, and reliability. Location: Malta; hybrid work policy with up to 10 days per year working remotely from abroad.

What you will do
- Build and lead high-performing engineering teams, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, mentoring, career development, and team organisation.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high-quality product delivery.
- Collaborate with product and architecture leaders to support product and technical goals.
- Work with engineering leaders across the organisation to improve knowledge sharing and cooperation.
- Own team delivery quality and timelines while advancing modern agile development practices.
- Drive technical excellence with a focus on mobile application performance, stability, and reliability.
Requirements
- Experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Extensive experience developing mobile apps for iOS and/or Android.
- Strong knowledge of modern agile software development practices and their implementation at scale.
- Experience improving application performance and reliability.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to drive execution and delivery.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
