Tech Lead (Performance Engineering & Platform Reliability)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams delivering high-performing, scalable, and reliable systems.
• Define and validate technical solutions covering architecture, scalability, maintainability, reliability, and performance.
• Drive microservices, cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, DevOps, and containerized deployments.
• Establish performance engineering practices, load testing, monitoring, observability, SLAs, KPIs, and reliability objectives.
• Resolve complex production and platform issues while promoting clean code, design patterns, code reviews, and architectural standards.
• Partner with Scrum Masters, TPMs, Product Managers, platform teams, operations, and stakeholders; mentor engineers and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong software development experience with C#/.NET and Golang.
• Experience designing and building microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, containerized environments, and Kubernetes platforms such as AKS, EKS, or GKE.
• Experience leading engineering teams in Agile environments, managing stakeholders, collaborating cross-functionally, and mentoring engineers.
• Work location: remote from Bogota, Colombia.
