Engineering Manager (Kotlin Multiplatform)

What you will do

• Lead and grow a senior team of app engineers while maintaining high standards for quality and engineering craft.
• Drive the app roadmap and translate business priorities into shippable plans with product and design.
• Make architecture decisions across native and Kotlin Multiplatform code.
• Build engineering culture through mentoring, best practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage day-to-day team operations, including 1:1s, planning, hiring, and performance feedback.
• Contribute hands-on by shipping product features.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional mobile engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience in engineering leadership.
• Strong technical background in iOS, Android, or cross-platform mobile development.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams as a people manager, ideally in a fast-moving product company.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to set direction and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
