What you will do

• Drive planned sales and profitability of the department through effective planning and in-season trading.
• Collaborate with Buyers to ensure a commercial range is offered, adhering to OTB, pricing, and global requirements.
• Manage intake and OTB to deliver the business stock requirements and maximize profit margins.
• Analyze department performance and provide data-driven insights to aid decision-making across teams.
• Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with suppliers and brands.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Assistant Merchandisers and Merchandisers through regular 1:1s and feedback.

Requirements

• Proven track record in Merchandising within a fast-paced global retail environment.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic opportunities.
• Experience in an inclusive management style, providing clear direction and development for team members.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in relevant trading systems.
• Deep understanding of customer segmentation and current global retail market trends.
